• Balloon flight tickets are not included in the tour price. If you want to reserve a ticket, please contact us.

• With this 2-day tour, you will see all the beauties of Cappadocia at a limited time. Due to this limited time, flights to Cappadocia are the first flights in the morning. (Usually 06.40 am flight, subject to availability). Your pickup time from Istanbul hotel will be around 04 am.

• This tour does not include assistant services at airports. Driver will drop you off at the airport terminal entrance door. You are expected to go to the gate of the flight after handing over your luggage.
• If you would like to book this tour with a Spanish speaking guide, please select this option when booking

• Accommodation is based on standard double room rates

• Domestic flights are economy class with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines according to availability. Baggage allowance is 8 kg cabin and 15 kg check-in baggage. (In total 23 kg)

• This is a regular group tour, but private option is also available on our site.

• There may be shopping stops on the regular group tour route.

• The hot air balloon flight operates in optimum weather conditions. The decision for the flight to take off on any given day is decided by the government officials at the last minute depending on weather conditions to ensure passenger safety. If the balloon flight is cancelled due to weather conditions and you booked your ticket from us, the amount you paid will be refunded in cash.

• At the end of this tour, you are expected to be at your hotel in Istanbul, around 11 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers can cancel up to 2 days before the experience start date to receive a full refund. The deposit is non-refundable if the domestic flight tickets have been booked and delivered.
