• Sometimes flights can be canceled just before departure, in this case 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.

• This is a private tour. Only you and your loved ones will join the tour

• The total duration of the tour is approximately 90 minutes

• 5 to 6  people -  15% discount

• 7 to 8  people -  20% discount

• 9 to 10 people - 25% discount

Cancelation policy

You can cancel up to 9 hours before the flight time. In case of cancellation requests or non-attendance after this period, the full fee is charged. Please be aware that a passenger who fails to show up in the morning will be considered a no-show and charged a 100% cancellation fee. (In the cancellation policy, balloon flight time is 5.00 am)
