What to expect

• With this 3-day tour, you will see all the beauties of Cappadocia. Flights from Istanbul to Cappadocia are usually afternoon flights. You will be transferred from the airport to your hotel and you will spend the night in Cappadocia.

• This tour does not include assistant services at airports. The transfer vehicle will drop you off at the airport terminal entrance gate. You are expected to hand over your luggage and board the flights.

• Domestic flights are economy class with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines according to availability. Baggage allowance is 8 kg cabin and 15 kg check-in baggage. (In total 23 kg)

• Accommodation is based on deluxe double room rates.

• This is a private tour, it is just for you and your loved ones.

• The itinerary of private tours is extremely flexible. You can change the route of the tour according to your wishes and set the start and end times.

• The hot air balloon ride operates in optimum weather conditions. The decision for the flight to take off on any given day is decided by the government officials at the last minute depending on weather conditions to ensure passenger safety. If the balloon flight is cancelled due to weather conditions and you purchased your ticket from us, the amount you paid will be refunded in cash.

• At the end of this tour, you are expected to be at your hotel in Istanbul around 11 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers can cancel up to 2 days before the experience start date to receive a full refund. The deposit is non-refundable if the domestic flight tickets have been booked and delivered.
