• The hot air balloon ride operates in optimum weather conditions. The decision for the flight to take off on any given day is decided by the government officials at the last minute depending on weather conditions to ensure passenger safety. If the balloon flight is cancelled due to weather conditions and you purchased your ticket from us, the amount you will have full refund.

• This tour does not include assistant services at airports. The transfer vehicle will drop you off at the airport terminal entrance gate. You are expected to hand over your luggage and board the flights.

• Domestic flights are economy class with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines according to availability. Baggage allowance is 8 kg cabin and 15 kg check-in baggage. (In total 23 kg)

• This is a private tour. Only you and your loved ones will join the tour.

• The itinerary of private tours is extremely flexible. You can change the route of the tour according to your wishes and set the start and end times.

• Cappadocia flight will be in the afternoon from Istanbul. When you arrived to Cappadocia, your driver will greet you at airport and we will transfer you to Cappadocia hotel for overnight.

• Accommodation is based on standard double room rates.

• At the end of this tour, you are expected to be at your hotel in Istanbul around 11.00 pm.
