• Weather conditions can be challenging every day of the year as balloon flights are held at sunrise. Therefore, it is recommended to dress accordingly.

• Children under the age of 6 cannot take part in a balloon flight. 

• The duration of the balloon flight is around 1 hour depending on the weather conditions. 
• Balloon flight cancellation rates are high in winter months. (December to March)
• Do not worry if the bus is a few minutes late sometimes traffic on the route and one-way systems may cause slight delays. Please note that if you are not ready at your hotel’s reception or the address of your accommodation at the scheduled pick-up time, the shuttle buses cannot wait for you as this will cause an onward delay to the rest of the stops and other passengers.

Cancelation policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the flight time. In case of cancellation requests or non-attendance after this period, the full fee is charged. Please be aware that a passenger who fails to show up in the morning will be considered a no-show and charged a 100% cancellation fee. (In the cancellation policy, balloon flight time is 5.00 am)
